The United States of America granted Van Merkle a patent on August 7, 2007 for a 'System and Method For Medical Diagnosis'. This is the computerized analysis system that is used in Science Based Nutrition, Inc.

We received a Consent Order by Preston DuFauchard, California Corporations Commissioner. We have satisfied the California Corporations Commissioner that Science Based Nutrition, Inc is not selling franchises and can do business and provide lectures in the state of California.
